RMA Policy
Products Warranty Statement


AIS's warranty obligations are limited to the terms set forth below, This statement will not proceed over the
Terms and Conditions:

AIS warrants that each of its products will be free from material and workmanship defects for a period of one
year from the invoice date (exceptions: CPU's are covered by a 30-day warranty period only). If the customer
discovers a defect, AIS will, at its option, repair or replace the defective product at no charge to the customer,
provided it is returned during the warranty period of one year, with transportation charges prepaid, to and from:
672 Still Meadows Circle East, Palm Harbor, Florida 34683.
The returned product must be complete and properly packaged in AIS packaging to obtain warranty service.

For warranty service, contact AIS at (ts@usattro.com) to obtain a "Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
number." A copy of the invoice as well as the RMA form with the appropriate AIS serial number and model
number is required for warranty service.

Warranty Exclusions:

Abuse, unreasonable use, mistreatment, or neglect

Damage caused during installation

Damage caused by modification of repair not made or authorized by AIS

AIS products whose serial number has been removed or defaced

Damage caused by use of non-AIS-packing

Damage caused by any use of a non-AIS product with an AIS product

Damage caused by improper or improperly used packaging

Damage caused by lack of ESD protection


No AIS distributor, representative, agent or employee is authorized to make any modification, extension or
addition to this warranty.

RMA Return Instructions

Collect all information related to the problem(s) encountered (e.g. type of PC. CPU speed, AIS products used,
other hardware and software used). Take note of any abnormality and print onscreen error messages.

Make sure you have the AIS product, its manual and any helpful information before you contact AIS's Technical
Support Department at ts@usattro.com

If your product is diagnosed as defective, obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number from the RMA
department at ts@usattro.com AIS's standard warranty period is one year. If the product is out-of-warranty, you
will be responsible for the repairing charges. The RMA department will fax over an RMA form, or alternatively
you may download one by clicking Download RMA Form
Fill in all required information, a defective product will only be replaced if AIS can not repair it. Fax completed
RMA form and a copy of the invoice to AIS.
Within 24 hours, the RMA department will contact you with the RMA No.

Ship prepaid the defective products in original AIS packaging, copies of both the completed RMA form (with the
RMA number) as well as the invoice to:

Product returns without RMA number shall be refused.

No UPS GROUND shipment shall be accepted. No exceptions.
